Tomorrow is a special day! I am so excited...i have been waiting and waiting for this day. I am having FONDUE with my peeps! I guess it was close to a year ago....maybe....i think....that myself and 3 of my "peeps" (this is a term of endearment that is used to describe this set of 3 friends - we all use this term for each other)....we all gather at a different home each month and have dinner. We also design cards and gather the supplies for these cards and put it in a plastic shoe box thingy then we pass around the boxes and create cards designed by our fellow peeps while we chat about funny things in our lives. It is a great time and we all look forward to this day each month. We leave with a bunch of new cards....and a date for the next gathering. I value this time with my peeps so much....they are such great gals and to me gifts from God.....before we started our little club we knew "of" each other and shared ideas on occasion....but now.... we are part of each others lives....seriously....these girls are the ones i called to check on after the storm...i cry with them....laugh with them...and at them.....go to church with them....i have even broke out into a couple of my old Catholic hymns with them....these are my best buds and i love them. So if one of you are reading this.... "i got somethin for you" - love ya!

I'M A PEEP, You're a peep, we're all a peep--wouldn't you like to be a peep too!!!! LOL!! I could be dating myself there...but that is what popped in my head when I read your post..and I just have to say that I'm so happy I'm a PEEP!!!
Feel the same way you do--so happy to get with my peeps and can't wait to fondue tomorrow night!!! Let nothing stand in the way of of our *appointments*!!
The last sentence absolutely had me LOL and I'm glad I didn't spew my drink on my screen!!

I'm a peep, too & I'm sure tons of people would like to be a peep, but we're an exclusive bunch! I'm so proud to be a peep & proud of my peeps! They are so talented & creative, the best of everything & I feel so special to be a part of our group! I look forward to every gathering & miss them when we're not together! We're the perfect mix! We even sing hymns in pretty good harmony:) I can't wait til tomorrow! I got some FONDUE for you!!
You peeps are so crazy! I couldn't wait to see Juli's blog today-I was sure she would have last night recapped already! I guess she is still recovering. I know I am;-))))). Shanna could put the melting pot out of business-she is that good! Thanks to Melisa and her wonderful treats & thanks to Juli for doing the dishes! 'love my peeps.
